Presented by the National Defender Investigator Association, the 2019 Regional Conference in Memphis is offering a
unique training program during this two-day educational conference for criminal defense investigators, attorneys,
mitigation specialists, and paralegals. We will provide an opportunity to learn from and work with the most successful
and forward-thinking attorneys, mitigation specialists, investigators, paralegals, and experts from across the nation who
will participate as faculty. Please email me with any training topics that you or your office may need.

Registration will take place Tuesday evening, September 3, 2019, from 4:00-6:00 pm, and Sessions will begin Wednesday
morning, September 4, 2019. The conference will run through 5:00 pm, Thursday, September 5, 2019.

Members can take advantage of the Early Bird registration fee, our lowest rate, by registering before June 28, 2019. If
you are not a member, we would love to have you join and receive the Early Bird discount (call 920-395-2330 or email
nationaldefender@gmail.com). We will also be offering a discount when five (5) individuals from the same office register
for the conference. The sixth attendee will receive free registration, however, will still be responsible for hotel and travel
expenses.

NDIA members can apply for financial assistance by applying for the Melissa Kupferberg Scholarship which covers
registration, travel and hotel, or the NDIA Area Director Scholarship which covers the conference registration fee only.
Please contact your Area Director or visit our web site, www.ndia.net.

Be sure to book your hotel room as soon as possible, since room blocks sell out early.

NDIA training hours are approved to fill the academic training requirements for CDITC (Criminal Defense
Investigation Training Council, Center for Investigative Studies) for total hours attended at this NDIA
conference. Please submit your certificate to CDITC via email to: investigator.perron@gmail.com.
